Job Summary

Ras Can-Ind Ltd. is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll transactions, including preparing statements of earnings and balancing period-end reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and overtime information
  • Prepare and submit documentation for benefits administration, such as pension plans and insurance
  • Communicate with employees regarding payroll matters and benefit plans
  • Compile statistics and reports to support business decisions
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in payroll administration
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and accounting software
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
