Key Responsibilities- Process payroll transactions, including preparing statements of earnings and balancing period-end reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and overtime information
- Prepare and submit documentation for benefits administration, such as pension plans and insurance
- Communicate with employees regarding payroll matters and benefit plans
- Compile statistics and reports to support business decisions
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in payroll administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Windows and accounting software
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
