Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the coordination of task completion, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities to team members as needed.
  • Assess and improve the overall presentation of the General Merchandise and Fashion departments, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Delegate and follow up on daily Customer Availability Process tasks, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.

  • Participate in the training and development of General Merchandise and Fashion associates, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
