About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fashion Associate to join our team at Reitmans (Canada) Limited. As a Fashion Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing sales and product knowledge, and maintaining a visually appealing sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel comfortable, cared for, and confident
  • Perform register functions, utilizing sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
  • Cover the sales floor, ensuring all visual standards are met and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Qualifications
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a commitment to creating an amazing customer experience
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
