Job Overview

This position plays a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling Quality Assurance processes, inspecting products and sub-assemblies, and participating in the establishment of process control procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ISO 9001/14001 management systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinate Quality Assurance activities with Production, Engineering, and Purchasing Departments
  • Inspect products and sub-assemblies using inspection instruments, gages, and devices
  • Travel to customer/job sites to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Maintain calibration activities in accordance with ISO 9001/14001 standards
  • Monitor employee training on Quality Assurance procedures
  • Analyze data related to the customers' complaint process

Required Qualifications

  • Certificate or Diploma in Quality Assurance or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment
