Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at CITY SOUTH PIZZA in Niagara Falls. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including training and development.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
