At Residential Insulation Specialists Inc., we are seeking a Senior Organizational Resources Manager to oversee the allocation of resources, establish departments, and select executive staff. The successful candidate will have a strong background in MS Office skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires the following key responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimum working conditions.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word.

We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated to be around $120,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a 32-hour workweek, requiring English language proficiency.
