About the Role:

We are seeking an IT Assistant Manager who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for managing TCP/IP networks, providing support for Microsoft Windows and Office 365, and supporting the hotel's Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage TCP/IP networks
  • Provide support for Microsoft Windows and Office 365
  • Support the hotel's Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Lead project management and implementation of new technologies
  • Offer helpdesk support to both staff and guests

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Professional IT certifications in TCP/IP networking or Windows (e.g., MCSE, CCNA) are advantageous
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service is beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Successful candidates must possess the ability to work in Canada
