Job Summary

Mountains and Meadows Care Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiving Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply and empty bed pans, maintain patients' rooms, and ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and provide emotional support to residents.
  • Deliver messages, reports, and specimens between departments, and answer call signals to determine residents' needs.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations and provide basic care to residents.
Requirements
  • Continuing Care Assistant Certification.
  • Criminal record check and vulnerable sector check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 13.5 kg, and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
