We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at TATAY CONSTRUCTION LIMITED. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our financial statements.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Payroll Processing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other accounting software.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, with attention to detail and under pressure. They will also be able to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
