Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter - Employment Specialist to join our team at Tekstaff IT Solutions Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing top talent to fill various positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to fill various positions within our organization.
  • Selection and Examination Boards: Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates and determine their eligibility for employment.
  • Onboarding and Training: Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers, as well as determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
