About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator at The UPS Store #468. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping and Receiving: Determine the most efficient method of shipment, prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents, and inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date internal record-keeping system, record shortages, and reject damaged goods.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Route goods to appropriate storage areas, pack goods to be shipped, and unpack goods received.
  • Customer Service: Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments, and oversee loading and unloading of goods.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments for goods and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
