Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

BIRD LOGISTICS LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics of our organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement logistics plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Organize and coordinate tasks with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including planning, organizing, and controlling the flow of goods, services, and information.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance and areas for improvement.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operational activities.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant work experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
