Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris.
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure guest rooms are comfortable and inviting.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests as needed.
  • Stock linen closets to maintain an adequate supply of linens.
  • Disinfect operating rooms, elevators, and other areas to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to guests and management.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • This role requires repetitive tasks, which can be physically demanding.
  • The successful candidate will need to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and bend or crouch to perform cleaning tasks.
