A well established Property Management company is seeking a Full-Time Residential Building Cleaner, to join our multi-residential apartment complex located in Brockville, Ontario.

The position(s) will include the following:

- Competitive Salary;
- On-the-job Training

Duties and Responsibilities:
Cleaning/Housekeeping;
- Other special project cleaning;
- Maintain positive relations with tenants;
- Ensure resident safety and security always;
- Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies;
- Be available on month end weekends 8am-5pm (on-call)

Responsible for the facilities cleaning in designated area(s) Operate within our standards of safety, high-quality customer service and efficient operations;
Thoroughly clean lobbies, laundry room and washroom, elevator cab, garbage chute and garbage rooms, including mopping and vacuuming of all floors, runners and furniture using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment;
Cleaning, and wiping of all windows, doors, trims, baseboards, walls, floors in the common areas, including the tops of washers and dryers;
Dust all lobby area light shades, table tops, picture frames, and elevator fans;
Clean and polish all stainless steel;
Ensure vacant apartments are thoroughly cleaned as per company standards and completed on schedule as directed by property manager.

Remove and dispose of all pamphlets and flyers from mail room, lobby area, and garbage receptacles.

Remove debris on every floor.

Identify and report urgent repairs or hazards to management

Maintain a positive relationship with co-workers and tenants.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Essential Skills:

- Oral communication;
- Working with others;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience;
- Ability to commute to and from the property.
