Hairstyling Salon Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairstyling Salon Manager to join our team at Annys Hair & Beauty Salon. As a Hairstyling Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team of hairstylists and ensuring that our salon provides exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of hairstylists to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality hair styling.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase salon sales and revenue.
- Manage the salon's inventory, including hair care products and equipment.
- Ensure that the salon is clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- 2+ years of experience in a salon management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of hair care products and equipment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
