Job Title: Automobile Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automobile Sales Representative to join our team at Yellowknife Motors.

Job Summary:

The Automobile Sales Representative will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive and professional image of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by selling new and used vehicles to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including vehicle pricing, availability, and customer preferences.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing activities, such as advertising, promotions, and events, to attract new customers and promote the dealership.
  • Administrative: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, paperwork, and record-keeping, to ensure efficient and accurate sales processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
