We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automobile Sales Representative to join our team at Yellowknife Motors.

Job Summary:

The Automobile Sales Representative will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive and professional image of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by selling new and used vehicles to customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including vehicle pricing, availability, and customer preferences.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing activities to promote the dealership and its products, including social media, email marketing, and local advertising.
  • Administrative: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, paperwork, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
