Job Title: Assistant Store Leader (Manager)

Primary Purpose:

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. As an Assistant Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans and maintain store presentation standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury goods environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Proficient in Windows-based software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
