Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless restaurant operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a diverse team. If you're passionate about food, people, and making a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide high-quality service, answer questions, and address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Restaurant Operations: Ensure the restaurant meets critical standards of quality, service, and cleanliness; operate POS systems efficiently, and maintain inventory levels.
- Team Leadership: Manage the shift, promote a respectful team environment, and assign duties, delegate work, and provide ongoing direction and training.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
- 1+ years of previous experience in the food service industry
- Legal working age and eligibility to work in Canada
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Capable of lifting up to 22 kg and standing for extended periods
