We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our technical projects.

About the Role

As a Project Manager at Moog, you will be responsible for managing the scope, budget, and schedule of our technical projects. You will work closely with our team to develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestone schedules, actions registers, and internal/external status reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review project documentation to define scope, budget, and schedule
  • Effectively manage scope of supply and internal/external relationships throughout project execution
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestone schedules, actions registers, and internal/external status reports
  • Assist with the assignment of resources and team formation
  • Address questions and concerns of project team, management, and customers in a professional and confident manner
  • Provide project progress status, delays, and issues to customers in a timely manner
  • Manage and lead scope changes
  • Perform technical writing
  • Manage project documentation deliverables, including prioritizing deliverables
  • Assist with the coordination of testing, shipping, and post-project reviews
  • Prepare agendas, coordinate, and lead required project meetings (kick-offs, design reviews, risk assessments, and circulate actions from meetings
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet customer expectations

Requirements

  • An Experienced Project Manager with at least 5 years of prior relevant experience (PMP Designation considered an asset)
  • A Natural working on Technical projects and working with technical people

  • A Communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills
