As a key member of the STAR IMMIGRATION CONSULTANCY INC. team, the Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization. This includes allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and leadership, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Allocate resources to achieve strategic objectives
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Provide leadership and guidance to senior staff

The Executive Director will work closely with the senior management team to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. This includes managing budgets, overseeing projects, and making key decisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior management role
  • Proven track record of leadership and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
