Job Title: Executive Director

At STAR IMMIGRATION CONSULTANCY INC., we are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization's strategic direction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Establish and implement organizational policies and programs, allocate resources, and authorize senior staff positions.
  • Representation and Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Human Resources and Financial Management: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff, establish financial and administrative controls, and approve promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgment, and organized
