Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as a team player.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Health care plan and parking available.
- Permanent position with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
