Job Summary

Pitcher Landscaping is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Task Management: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
