Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Join PIZZA PIZZA as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for food service staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient service delivery.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to help staff develop their skills and knowledge, and support their career growth within the company.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, manage inventory levels, and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Prepare Reports and Budgets: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor at PIZZA PIZZA, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
  • Language: English.
