About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at The Distillery Restaurants Corporation. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player skills.
