Join the Regal Motel team as a Business Operations Coordinator, where you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also coordinate the flow of information within the team, open and distribute mail and other materials, establish and implement policies and procedures, manage contracts, answer telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, compile data and statistics, order office supplies, arrange travel, set up and maintain filing systems, and supervise office staff.

Job Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Information Management: Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support by opening and distributing mail and other materials.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to streamline business operations.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Data Analysis: Compile data and statistics to inform business decisions.
  • Procurement: Order office supplies and arrange travel to support business operations.
  • Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure efficient record-keeping.
  • Supervision: Supervise office staff to ensure effective team management.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
