About This Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Co-ordinator to join our team at Axon Cabinets LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff, establishing clear work priorities and deadlines.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Computer and technology skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Transportation: Own transportation.
  • Work conditions: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
Working Conditions
  • Work setting: Private sector, urban area.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
  • Work term: Permanent.
  • Work language: English.
