Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate a tractor-trailer unit to transport goods and materials across various locations, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition, and perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
  • Logistics: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of cargo, and adhere to all relevant regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a truck driver is an asset, but not required.
  • License: A valid driver's license is required, and a clean driving record is essential.
