Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 9501-2837 Quebec Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals and implement visual merchandising displays.
Requirements:
  • 1-7 months of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions:
