About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Cleaner to join our team at JEN'S INTERIOR PAINTING INC. as a key member of our facilities maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and well-maintained facility.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, and perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Security and Safety: Perform safety and security checks to ensure the facility is secure and compliant with regulations.
  • Moving and Handling: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Requirements
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
