Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Everest Clinical Research Services Inc. This is a key role that will work closely with our project managers and business development team to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain rolling 12-month revenue forecasts to inform resource planning and corporate budgeting processes.
- Deliver monthly functional area summary reports, including forecast revenue, capacity, and utilization metrics.
- Perform variance analysis and summarize results to inform project management leadership.
- Collaborate with the business development team to develop and implement monthly reporting to track pipeline metrics, win/loss analysis, and high probability pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- Provide ad hoc business reporting as requested.
- Support the Finance department in achieving overall goals and objectives.
- Participate in projects to develop new procedures and systems to enhance workflows and drive efficiencies and standardization.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Professional designation of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
- At least six years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of financial software, corporate finance, and performance management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple assignments with challenging deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
