Job Title: Front End Supervisor

At Urban Nails Salon, we are seeking a highly skilled Front End Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our web development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-end development of our website and ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Authorize Payments: Ensure that all payments are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate the ordering of merchandise and supplies to meet the needs of our business.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our team members to ensure that our website is always up-to-date and running smoothly.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform our business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate records of our inventory and ensure that it is properly organized and stored.
  • Supervise Team Members: Lead and manage a team of 1-4 people to ensure that our website is always up-to-date and running smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. You will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
