Senior Financial Relationship Manager

We're building a relationship-oriented bank for the modern world, focused on providing exceptional client experiences. As a Senior Financial Relationship Manager, you'll partner with our Financial Advisors to help high net worth clients achieve their financial goals and grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will provide administrative support to your team, helping them identify business growth opportunities and secure new relationships.
- You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions that meet their cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection objectives.
- You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, ensuring you can provide expert advice to our clients.
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial products and services, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per year, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health and dental coverage, a defined benefit pension plan, and an employee share purchase plan. You'll also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, helping you advance your career within our organization.
This is a full-time position, requiring a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week. Some flexibility may be required to accommodate client meetings and other business needs.
