Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and effective inventory management and distribution
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of warehouse operations and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
