We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team in Nova Scotia. As a member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will provide direct pharmaceutical care to inpatients and outpatients, including patient counseling, medication monitoring, and education.
Under the supervision of the Manager Clinical Services, you will participate in clinical pharmacy research and collaborate with community pharmacists to provide comprehensive patient care.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- A graduate degree in pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Eligibility for registration with the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists
- Competencies in other languages, with French being an asset
