Job Title: Construction Labourer - Northland Properties

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Northland Properties. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on construction sites, including erecting and dismantling scaffolding, mixing and pouring materials, and removing rubble and debris.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Remove rubble and debris at construction sites
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
  • Perform routine maintenance work

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks
