Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit General Construction Labourer to join our team at Northland Properties.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks on construction sites, including erecting and dismantling scaffolding, mixing and pouring materials, and cleaning and piling salvaged materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
- Clean and pile salvaged materials
- Perform routine maintenance work
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- Direct traffic at or near construction sites
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
