As a Senior Property Manager with Universal Realty Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of a portfolio of multi-unit properties.
This includes managing staff to ensure properties are well maintained, addressing all maintenance issues in a timely and cost-effective manner, and working with staff to ensure vacant apartments are leased and rent ready for prospective tenants.
You will also assist in the development of budgets and complete financial reporting.
Additionally, you will provide support to and supervise staff associated with the portfolio.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a property manager of multiple residential and/or commercial buildings.
- Ability to thrive in a changing environment and contribute to a rapidly growing organization.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with mechanical building systems and building envelopes.
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
- Effective leadership skills with previous supervisory experience.
