As the Director of the Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services (RCAAS) – Psychological Services Clinic (PSC), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining active programs of extramurally funded clinical services, mentoring students, teaching at the graduate level, contributing to clinical training, and participating in other service activities.
About the Department
The Department of Applied Psychology at GSAPP places a high degree of emphasis on fostering and encouraging a diverse community of faculty and students, while supporting research and practice that benefits diverse and underserved communities. About You
We seek candidates with a doctoral degree in an area relevant to Applied Psychology (e.g., Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or Applied Behavior Analysis). A minimum of one year experience in conducting evaluation and treatment with autistic and other neurodivergent individuals is required. Evidence of contributions to research and publications in applied/professional psychology is also expected.
Candidates must have a strong commitment to professional training in psychology and be licensed to practice psychology in New Jersey. At least 6 months of experience providing clinical and research supervision of graduate students is preferred.
