Office Supervisor

Mission City Wireless is seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training workers, preparing reports, and coordinating activities with other departments.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Training
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
- Operations and Administration
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment and supplies.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Establish and maintain effective communication with team members, management, and other departments.
- Coordinate activities and projects with other departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Supervision and Performance Management
- Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities and Skills
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
