Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at Mission City Wireless. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and systems, and coordinate maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to team members.
- Coordinate and review work assignments, and requisition or order materials and supplies as required.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, other departments, and external stakeholders.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in an office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, with regular interactions with team members and external stakeholders. The position requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
