Job Title: Long Haul Truck Driver - Over the Road

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our dedicated fleet. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is in good working condition
  • Oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance, including tires, lights, brakes, and cold storage
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
