We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at ZEHABESHA. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and present menu items
- Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
- Ensure that all kitchen operations are running smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Work closely with our management team to ensure that our culinary operations are aligned with our business goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a head cook or executive chef
- Proven track record of leading a team and achieving high standards of quality and presentation
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
