We are seeking a skilled Truck Trailer Mechanic to join our team at Frigid Rentals Inc.

Job Summary

This is a permanent position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for adjusting, repairing, and replacing parts and components of commercial transport truck systems, as well as inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Estimate parts and labor costs to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Test and adjust units to specifications
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
Requirements
  • Truck and Transport Mechanic Trade Certification
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots. The ideal candidate will have manual dexterity and be able to work accurately and dependably.
