About the Role
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Savers.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
