Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics: Plan and coordinate routes, ensuring efficient delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintenance: Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Licenses: Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks) and Air Brakes Endorsement required.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring attention to detail and ability to handle heavy loads.
