About the Role:

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities with a wide range of customers.

This role's primary goal is to capture new business, onboard new customers, and execute channel priorities. You will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goal of becoming our customers' most valued supplier.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to develop customized business plans that support both customer and Coke Canada's objectives.
  • Drive revenue and profit growth through successful execution of customer promotional plans, incremental displays, and equipment placements aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide high-level customer service and promptly resolve issues.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to support growth goals.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
  • Post-Secondary education, preferably in business-related field or sufficient business experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in consumer goods industry.
  • Experience in direct store delivery sales and major account management an asset.
