Key Responsibilities:- Allocate Resources: Manage the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Establish Objectives: Set objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the Organization: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Supervise Staff: Supervise a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Area of Specialization: Operations management.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel regularly.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, team player, and initiative.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
