Nursing Care Specialist

At PARSA WELLNESS INC., we are seeking a skilled Nursing Attendant to join our team. As a Nursing Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Weigh, lift, turn, and position patients with care and attention to detail
- Deliver messages, reports, requisitions, and specimens between departments with efficiency and professionalism
- Maintain patients' rooms and ensure a clean and comfortable environment
- Manage inventory of supplies and maintain a well-stocked area
- Bathe, dress, and groom patients with dignity and respect
- Transport patients between care facilities and ensure their safety during transfers
- Answer call signals and respond to patients' needs in a timely and compassionate manner
- Collect specimens and prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas
- Administer first aid in emergency situations and provide critical care when needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
As a Nursing Attendant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of pressure and physical demands. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
